From there, design typically takes 3-5 months—more time for custom features, structural engineering, and material selections. Construction runs 10-16 months depending on size, complexity, and finish level.
Throughout the process, you work directly with your architect and project manager. We schedule regular design reviews, provide material samples for approval, and walk the site during construction to address questions in real time. Changes are easiest (and cheapest) during design, so we focus on getting the plan right before breaking ground.
