New Begginings is moving through the early build sequence. The foundation work is in place, weatherproofing and backfill are complete, electrical prep has been handled, and the framing crew is working through the floor joist and back deck details after inspection.
Each week below summarizes project notes so the public journal shows the progress in order, from early site prep through the current framing phase.
New Begginings started with early site prep, protection work, move-out support, temporary fencing, and the first steps needed to open the site for foundation work. Excavation followed the next week, including slab removal and crawl-access openings for the next phase.
The footing inspection needed one correction, which the team handled before moving ahead. Vertical bar work was completed, footings were poured, and the follow-up inspection passed by photo review. Stem wall forms went in next, with inspection and pour prep lined up for the week.
The stem walls were stripped, weatherproofing was installed on the walls and over the footings, and the foundation was ready for backfill. This is the week shown in the progress image.
After a quiet start to the week, electrical prep was completed ahead of framing. Backfill was finished, and the team noted a few small items to coordinate before the next phase, including sprinkler line and wire locations plus hose bib removal.
The framing crew was on site for inspection and floor-joist work. An inspection note was handled with couplers at the anchor bolts, and the crew continued into the back deck area and floor-joist details.
